I rented a scissor lift for the weekend and it got the job done. The controls were straightforward, and the battery lasted better than I expected. It did have a few dents and definitely felt a little worn, but nothing that stopped me from using it.

"Pickup timing felt a little sketchy"
I scheduled a pickup twice, and both times they showed up late. What made it more frustrating was that nobody bothered to call me back or explain what was going on. At some point it started to feel like they were just hoping I’d stop asking.

"Reservation matched up when I arrived"
I booked my lift online the night before while eating leftover pizza, and when I got there, the pickup time, location, and price were exactly what my reservation said. i was half expecting some random fee or mix-up, but nope, no weird surprises. The counter took a little longer than I hoped, and I had to stand there with my coffee getting cold, but overall it was smooth.

"Easy rental from start to finish"
I rented a lift online. It was really easy. Pickup was quick. The paperwork was simple. The guys at the counter helped me out fast. I’d definitely use them again.

"Professional staff, but the wait was frustrating"
The staff I dealt with were polite and professional, so I can’t really complain about their attitude. They answered my questions and seemed to know the equipment well, but I had to wait in the queue longer than I expected, which was annoying before I even got to speak to someone.
Once I was helped, it felt a bit rushed, like they were trying to move on to the next person quickly. I had to ask twice about a couple of details, so it wasn’t a bad experience, just kind of average overall.

"Tech support actually came through"
I was on sunbeltrentals.com trying to finish a rental order, and of course the page started acting weird right when I was already running behind and had cold coffee sitting next to me. I reached out to tech support and expected it to take forever, but someone got back to me quick.

They didn’t make it awkward or drown me in a bunch of technical stuff, just walked me through what to do and stayed with me until it finally worked. It was simple, calm, and actually helpful, which is exactly what I needed. 5 stars from me.

"Pretty fair price for what I needed"
I rented a lift for the weekend and the price was fair compared to a few other places I checked. They explained the fees well enough and there were no big suprises when I picked it up. I'd use them again...

I called in for some help, and the staff were really kind and got things sorted quickly. I did have to wait a little while before speaking with someone, but overall, the service was good and I appreciated the assistance

Most times they had the equipment I was looking for, so that was nice. Pickup did take a bit longer than I expected tho, but overall it worked out fine.

"Shockingly, the lift just worked"
Rented a lift from Sunbelt and, believe it or not, it showed up clean, in great shape, and actually worked the way it was supposed to. No strange noises, no leaks, no little surprises waiting to ruin the day. It made the job way easier, and I didn’t have to spend half my time wondering if it was about to quit on me.

"They fixed it, but it took too long"
The problem did get fixed in the end, so I appreciate that. But it took way longer than it should have, and the wait was frustrating.

"I had to return a tool earlier..."
I had to return a tool earlier than I expected and was a little worried about how the refund would go. The return itself was simple, and once someone finally helped me, they checked it in quickly. I did feel a bit ignored at first while I was waiting around, which was frustrating, but the money adjustment showed up a few days later. It wasn’t instant, but there wasn’t any real hassle either. I’d probably use them again.
